All Biozone products come with a 3 Year Manufacturer's Warranty on all parts and labor. UVGI lamp is disposable and not covered by 3 year warranty.

All AllerAir products have a two year Manufacturer's Warranty.

All LiteBook products have a two year Manufacturer's Warranty.

All SunTouch Plus products have a five year Manufacturer's Warranty.

Cimatec's Clairity has a two year Manufacturer's Warranty and their Airscreen products carry a five year Manufacturer's Warranty.

Aquasana water filter products come with a one year manufacturer's warranty with the option of a Lifetime Warranty when consumer participates in the "WATER-4-LIFE" filter replacement program. See details on this website.

These warranties do not cover any defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification as determined solely by us. This warranty is void if the label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.

All Air Oasis or RCIon residential, Biozone residential, Clairity, LiteBook, SunTouch Plus and Aquasana products come with a 30 day MONEY BACK guarantee.

To return these product contact customer service for the proper return procedures. Ship the product back to us like new in it's original carton with owners manual. Please include proof of purchase with the returned item(s). Failure to follow these simple requirements will result in a 20% restocking fee.
